This is the Business package, normally priced at SEK 14,990. With this offer you pay SEK 12,990 for the website, and the first year of maintenance is included in the price. Below is everything the package includes, what it does not include and the terms it is delivered under.

Website
- Multi-page business website made specifically for your business
- Modern design, fitting your company's look
- Works on all devices: phone, tablet and computer
- Fast loading, because the pages are hand-coded, not built from a ready-made template
- Contact form for your customers
- Booking on the website
Visibility on Google
- Comprehensive search engine optimization: the website is built to be found on Google
- Clear page structure, headings and page-specific descriptions for search engines
- Sitemap and basic Google visibility steps: the website is submitted to Google
- Fast loading and image optimization
- Business information (name, address, phone, opening hours) is marked up on the site so search engines understand it, and local visibility is taken into account
- Mobile version, which Google values in search results
- This is the technical and content foundation of the website. Nobody can promise rankings on Google, and I say that openly.
Brand
- Logo and branding: a visual identity for your business, if you do not have one yet
- The look is consistent across the whole website
Management
- Your own admin panel, where you edit texts and images yourself
- No technical skills needed
- The website and content are yours. If maintenance ever ends, the website stays with you

Maintenance for the first year

What is not included
- An online store and a fully custom build belong to the Complete package (SEK 19,990)
- A chatbot, customer interface or own app is made by separate agreement and priced separately

- Texts and images for the website: you provide them or tell me what you want on the pages
- Comments on the sample page and drafts so that the result turns out right

I make a sample page for your business for free. It does not commit you to anything.
We agree
If the sample page feels good, we make a written agreement. The first draft arrives within 48 hours.
We finish it
I fix and change things until the result is right.
Payment and launch
The invoice comes only once the website is approved. After that the website is published.
Terms
The terms, clearly
These are the same terms that are in the written agreement.
- The price is fixedSEK 12,990 as a one-time payment. There are no extra costs.
- The website is yoursThe website and materials belong to you. The domain can be moved to another provider at any time without an extra fee, also in the middle of the contract period.
- MaintenanceThe first year is included in the price. After that maintenance costs SEK 2,990 per year in 12-month periods. It can be cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the period ends, and the website still stays yours.
- Price changesIf the maintenance price is changed, you are notified at least 60 days before the next period, and you can cancel the maintenance before the new price takes effect.
- ComplaintsAny complaints are made in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Frequently asked questions
What if the sample page does not feel right?
Then nothing happens. You do not pay, you do not sign anything and you have no obligations.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name from the start, so it is always yours. The website and materials belong to you, and the site can be moved to another provider at any time without an extra fee.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. The package includes an admin panel where texts and images are changed without technical skills. If you would rather not do it yourself, I can make the changes for you.
What happens after the first year?
Maintenance continues at SEK 2,990 per year. It is optional. If you cancel it, the website stays with you.
Is the email a real mailbox?
Yes. You get your own mailbox on your own domain (name@company.com), used in the browser. It is not just forwarding.
Can you do something besides websites?
Yes. I also make chatbots, customer interfaces and apps. They are agreed and priced separately.
