What data we collect
We only collect data when you fill in one of the contact or quote request forms on our site. The data collected is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (if the form asks for it)
- Your phone number (if you give it, always optional)
- The message or project description you send
- Any 3D file you upload with a 3D printing quote request (e.g. STL or 3MF)
We don't use cookies or collect visitor analytics on any page of our site.
How the data is used
The data you send through the forms is only used to respond to your contact or quote request. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties.
Third parties
The forms send your data straight from our own server to our email, without a separate third-party form service. The site and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data according to its own privacy policy.
A 3D file uploaded with a 3D printing quote request is stored directly on our server, not in an external cloud service.
Retention period
We keep contact requests in our email for as long as needed for the matter at hand, at most 12 months. Uploaded 3D files are deleted from the server once the quote process is complete.
Your rights
